Evidence of a new patent from Apple hints of a new remote control system similar to Nintendo's Wiimote controller. iPod nano 3rd - Image 1Even after implementing the option to set maximum volume limits on their iPods, Apple has patented another application in an attempt to save the iPod-listening population's hearing.
