I have a confession to make...I never really liked Hello Kitty. It is just so annoying, and my mum always tells that story about how I cry whenever I see that cat when I was still a little girl (in front of my friends, yikes).

I just don't get it (or her), a cat with a pink (sometimes red) ribbon, a yellow nose, and no mouth...but I've gotta admit that despite my dislike for this little kitty, the Japanese character has already etched itself into the realms of pop culture and technology, just look at the many contraptions that are inspired by it.
