 Here's some good news for the guys hoping to see more portable gaming on the iPhone and iPod Touch. Developer ZodTTD has just announced the release of snes4iphone v1.0.0, a homebrew application that will allow you to play SNES games on your mobile. This app is based on the PocketSNES emulator written by paqpark for the Pocket PC. PocketSNES was, in turn, based on Snes9x, a freeware release of the Super NES game system. Users are advised to view the readme for instructions - the procedure for loading games on units with firmware 1.1.3 is different from units running on lower firmwares.
