Jay "Saurik" Freeman has just released an update for the WinterBoard iPhone customization app. No new GUI yet, but it does have a new feature that makes it easier to spot your new themes. Here's the changelog for WinterBoard 0.9.2598-1:

Calendar Day/Date Localization
Copy /etc/notify.conf Permissions
Intuitive Wallpaper Overrission
New SMSBackground.png Support
Fixed Icon Label Color Detection
Split Label Transparency Themes
OperatorNameStyle for FakeCarrier
New Themes Start at Top of List
