Homebrew developer ZodTTD has been very busy as of late. He has just announced the release of the gpSPhone v1.1.2, just two days after the release of the previous version. For those who haven't heard of this program, it is a Gameboy Advance emulator for both the iPhone and the iTouch.

The developer gave word that this version has better performance and suffers from fewer "hiccups". In addition, he also changed the sound buffers of the emulator. This means that games which run well on the emulator should sound better. Unfortunately, this benefit doesn't extend to other games which aren't fully supported by the application.

If you've been using a previous version of gpSPhone, you might want to consider downloading v1.1.2 for the speed bump it provides. If you do decide to do so, be sure to go over the documentation before doing anything to avoid any problems.
