Logo of Apple - Image 1Apple's new iPod Touch already has a lot of features packed into its design, true to Apple's promises of a more versatile mobile device. However, one thing it lacks is a proper recording capability to step up its already hefty multimedia features.

gpSPhone v0.04 - GBA emulator for iPhone, iPod Touch released - Image 1There's a GBA emulator on the Apple iPhone and iPod Touch, and it goes by the name of gpSPhone. Sounds familiar? gpSPhone is based off of Exophase's gpSP homebrew emulator for the Sony PlayStation Portable. GP2X developer ZodTTD adopted the gpSP code and added a few coding tricks.

And voila! ZodTTD presents gpSPhone version 0.4 and it though it leaves a lot to be desired in interface and presentation, it works like a charm. With future upgrades at the horizon, there's a lot of promise coming for Apple gamers everywhere.
