Homebrew developer BigBoss has come up with an interesting new homebrew game for the iPhone and iPod touch, fully supporting the new firmware 2.0 released by Apple. Entitled "MacMan", the game takes a page off Namco's popular Pacman title with some unique touchscreen features added to it. Developer jonz has recently announced the release of version 2.2.4 of the NES.app homebrew emulator for the iPhone. Among other updates, this new build gets rid of its old landscape code, and carries several new bug fixes. Further details are available in the full article.

The developers recently announced that its xpwn 0.3 development sources are now available for download on the github website. Windows XP users who recently updated their iPhones with the new firmware 2.0 can now experience the same freedom that their Mac siblings have been enjoying with the latest release of cmw's WinPwn 2.0. Designed exclusively for the PC platform, the new version of WinPwn supports both firmware 1.1.4 and 2.0, and is compatible with the new iPhone 3G.
