The QJ.Net team has been polling the public to find the features you want to see. We have asked the questions, and we have read your answers. It is with this in mind that we are proud to announce our newest feature, the top 15 most popular articles from our comprehensive news coverage. As you have probably noticed, we recently implemented the "Jump It Up" feature to all of the QJ.Net sites, allowing you to vote for the articles you like. We are now taking this a step further and showing you the news you have voted for at the top of each of our sites.

This new feature will, in effect, keep the most popular articles posted in the last 24 hours at the top of each site for easy access. Every site will have its own list, reflecting the most "Jumped" articles from that specific site. The list will be ever changing and constantly updated showing the articles that have been voted most popular by you, our readers!

Your feedback is important, and we want to hear your thoughts. What do you think of this new feature? Lets hear your opinions in the comments section below!

So, what happens when you do a stand up comedy skit at the Apple campus, that is hosted by Apple's VP? Well, if you are an Apple employee and don't pay attention to what you say, you get fired. Just check this guys act out. He was fired directly after this skit.

Well, Morgan Stanley has released their Apple report, and it is, of course, full of "potential" products that we might be seeing before too long. Without actually confirming or denying anything, the report says that we "might" be seeing some future iPod's including (but not confirmed) a 2nd generation video iPod. The report also went on to "not confirm" that apple is possibly back on the warpath with their iPhone and possible VMO model that could be available later this year. So, basically, we have a bunch more speculation and unconfirmed statements that lead to nothing that we didn't already know! Thanks Morgan Stanley!

As you may have noticed, the iPod blog is now an Apple blog. We will still report on all iPod news, but we will also be reporting on all the Apple news out there as well. Also, the QJ.net blogs are getting a major facelift! We are implementing new site layouts (like this one) which make our blogs much easier to read, include a slew of new features, and in our opinion, look a hell of a lot better than our old layouts did!

We have been developing a custom CMS (Content Management System) back end for many months now, and we are proud to say that it is finally complete! We can add as many features to this new CMS as we want, so we are no longer restricted by Blogger's limited featureset. So expect to see many new site features added in the coming weeks -- such as a completely revamped comments system, User Favorite Articles, Top News Hounds, multi-language support, and much more -- to make the QJ.net blogs much more robust. Please check out all the current new features by looking at the two sidebars on the right-hand side of the blog.

Along with the new CMS we decided it was time for all our blogs to ditch our old layouts and designs and upgrade to something better. There are still some small bugs, but we'll be polishing them out ASAP (still have to re-categorize all the articles!).

Additionally, we are proud to announce that the Quick Journal "blog of blogs" is now online. It is a blog of the best articles and the biggest news from all of our blogs -- in one location. Check it out at www.qj.net.

We could have never done this without you guys coming to view the site, and we appreciate you! Keep coming back to support us. Expect bigger and better things from us!

Additionally, if you are interested in hiring on as a paid blogger for QJ.NET on the Nintendo Apple blog (or on any other blog), head over and apply at http://www.qj.net/apply. We are looking for experienced writers and bloggers who can bring a unique, knowledgeable, insightful, and witty writing style.

No, really. The Mopah scooter actually uses your iPodā??s unique serial number as its key, and wonā??t power on unless itā??s docked. It rolls when you roll, turning you into a portable DJ. We know you wanna go out and buy one, but you canā??t ā?? unless you find an angel investor to help Michael Tseng to commercialize his senior thesis project.

Microsoft Corp. said Apple Computer Inc.'s best-selling iPod music player will face increased competition from new products in the end- of-year shopping season.

Microsoft is working with electronics makers including Royal Philips Electronics NV, Samsung Electronics Co. and Creative Technology Ltd. to design and test music players that rival iPod, said Erik Huggers, the head of Microsoft's Digital Media Division.

"Come this fall there is going to be a number of devices that get close to competing with Apple's iPod," Huggers said in an interview in San Francisco yesterday. By the second quarter of next year "there is going to be a whole lineup of products that can compete with Apple in industrial design, usability, functionality and features."

Laridian announced today the release of the iPocketBible New Living© Translation Edition for use with iPod© mobile digital devices.

iPocketBible includes the complete text and dramatized audio of the Holy Bible, New Living Translation for reading and listening. iPocketBible utilizes the iPod "Notes" feature to present the Bible text for reading. A verse and subject index allows the user to start at any book in the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation. A "Listen" option links them directly to the audio so they can listen as they read.

"Most MP3 Bibles give users audio only," said Craig Rairdin, president of Laridian. "iPocketBible gives the iPod user the ability to read or listen or both read and listen at once to the Bible text. It takes the Bible from being another "audio book" and turns it into a devotional and study tool for your iPod."

The New Living Translation is an accurate yet easy-to-understand translation of the Bible. Published in 1996 by Tyndale House Publishers, it is a thought-for-thought translation from the original Greek and Hebrew manuscripts that is ideal for devotional reading.

iPocketBible New Living Translation Edition offers over 73 hours of professionally recorded MP3 audio. This dramatic, multi-voice edition includes original music and sound effects. Narration is provided by Mike Kellogg, national radio host of Moody Broadcasting's Music Thru the Night.

The iPocketBible New Living Translation Edition is available for $49.99 (plus shipping charges of $5.50). The product ships on 5 MP3 CDs and can be ordered from the Laridian Web site (laridian.com) or at finer Christian bookstores. The product requires an iPod device with a dock connector (excludes iPod shuffle).
