In this age of super-fast computer technology, working with our processor-powered workhorses can sometimes be cumbersome and time-consuming, in terms of switching from application to application. Thankfully, there are applications like Peter Maurer's Witch that lets us bind shortcut keys to functions such as zoom, minimize, maximize, and close windows. And in this update of Witch, we catch wind of its latest version going shareware.

For long-time users of Witch, not much has been added to the build with this version, except for the deal that you can now use keyboard shortcuts to jump directly to a window. If you want to get the most out of Witch, you'll have to fork over Euro 9.95, or at least US$ 15.80. If you've donated previously to Witch, however, then you get a license of your very own.

In any case, enjoy your effortless application and window-switching. Maximum efficiency!
