Wireless for iPodThe prominent wireless headset maker Jabra has reached an agreement with Apple developing a bluetooth wireless attachment for the iPod. The attachment being developed is a transceiver, capable moving data back and forth between devices such as headphones.

Jabra expects to start selling the iPod attachment in the latter part of this year with an estimated sale of over 1,000,000.

Earlier this year Jabra also reached an agreement with Klipsch developing bluetooth wireless speakers. These speakers could transmit up to a distance of 33 feet while still maintaining high quality sound.
