Get a Mac

To shy away from our usual serving of iPhone-related Apple reports, we encountered in the website SpyMac this ad that they claim is a leaked "Get A Mac" ad. Apparently, the one who uploaded the vid mentioned that this clip has never been aired or published but he didn't reveal how he got it.
As always, it is another take on the hilarious banter between the stiff-looking PC guy and the cool Mac Guy, this time it is advertising the instant video chats But wait, who's that other guy? Well, check out the video we have for you to join in the fun. Whether this ad is indeed a leak that will get aired soon or it's something else, we guess we'll know in a few days. For now, enjoy the vid. |

and it's kinda ridiculous cause a lot of media-center PC's have cameras built in now, at least the laptops do.

I hate Mac commercials. Do they realize they are mocking 98 percent of all the people in the world with their ads? If macs were so great, they would be sitting at 98%. Plus the Mac guy looks/acts like a total douche. That's all.

» that's not all
A. The ad, and 2 other new ones, are already on apple.com
B. Keekwy, good job pulling numbers out of your ass, too bad they're wrong. They're market share is actually around 5%, depending on which analysis you look at, and has been rising at a quick pace. To explain why it's not rightfully higher would mean explaining the history of Apple, and eff that.
C. Macs are simply 'that great'. Anyone in the Audio/Video/Image production fields know this. The only downside was windows only apps, but with parrallels and boot camp that's no longer a problem.
