Spot the Difference - Image 1 Spot the Difference - Image 2

The iPhone FCC confidentiality letter (previously dated as June 15 of this year) got some people thinking that they'll be getting their iPhones this June.

The document is a request from Apple for the FCC to keep info about their mobile brand, specifically external photos, internal setup, test setup photos and the user manual under wraps until June 15. It's quite normal for a company to think about its corporate health as competitors (and possibly pirates) might steal the info to gain market advantage.

The peeps over at Phone Scoop discovered the photoshopped fake and found the real one that's dated January 15. So what does this mean? We're still in the dark as to the iPhone's real release date. Patience, people. Patience.
