I'd like to note that we found a total of 6 bugs in an afternoon, 4 DoS and 2 remote code execution bugs. We have weaponized one of those to be reliable and its different that what Thor has found. I can't speak for anybody else but the bugs found in the beta copy of Safari on Windows work on the production copy on OSX as well (same code base for alot of stuff). Given that it's a Beta releases, we'll be keeping our eyes peeled in case more developments are announced as Safari goes through its paces. |

Frost pist!
Anyway, I have tried this and Safari sucks anyways. Especially if you are trying to get people on a network at a hotel. It sucks for redirection of any script like for instance, a hotel login page.
Firefox FTW!

» Working? yeah right.. at least not on vista...
I downloaded it on my vista PC, and everytime I try to enter bookmarks, it bugs... everytime I try to enter everything "related" to bookmarks. I can't even add one... Also, the Qj.net page made safari close (bug)...
Anyway, the browser is looking nice, with a special touch that IE7 lost after countless uses, so when it starts working better, I'll replace firefox with safari, and I'll maybe stop using IE7 completly if it's that good, dunno.
