iPhone Google Reader beta 0.2.1 gets the most recent entries from your Google Reader account and lets you view all of these feeds offline. To let you sort out all the RSS feeds you've already read, coder 424f provided a synchronize option.

Loading times and image quality were reported to be excellent. Only minor issues remain such as the homebrew app's inability to load picasa feeds and to adjust settings once feeds are browsed.
