ZodTTD has released a brand new app for iPhone and iPod Touch fans to try out, and this time, it's got everything to do with being a tycoon of transportation. That's right folks! ZodTTD has released OpenTTD v0.6.0, a port of Transport Tycoon Deluxe for the iPhone and iPod Touch.

As he mentions on the release notice, the game is a near accurate 100% port of the game. He notes, however, that the "Only things missing from the PC version are text input, sound, and music which will be implemented into my adaptation of the SDL port in coming releases."

To install the app, you're going to have to download it directly onto your iPhone or iPod Touch. Here are the basic instructions:

1. On the iPhone or iPod Touch's Safari goto this URL (with trailing / ): http://zodttd.com/repo/
2. If Installer.app doesn't launch it's because that feature won't work for people without an Installer.app Safari plugin. Instead, add the repo source to the sources list. You will need to launch Installer.app and goto Sources, then Edit, then Add. Add the URL above.
3. You should now see the latest ZodTTD.com projects listed in Games and Recently Added.
