With the month of September just starting up, nervegas once again announces a new update for NES.app. In case you're a first-time reader, NES.app is an NES emulator for the iPhone. It's based heavily on the InfoNES emulation core for various computer OS, consoles, and mobile phones. As for the changes since version 1.00 RC2.1:

RC3 changelog:

Fixed "Can Delete ROMs" preference
Added Auto-Frameskip support / preference
Use of AudioQueue to stream audio THROUGH mediaserverd
Replaced old sound channels button with reset button
Added hooks to system volume

Full installation and usage instructions for NES.app v1.00_R3 are available in the readme included with the bundle. Enjoy this download, and any ROMS you happen to run with it!
