Downloading videos and music files off a browser can get a little mechanical at times, especially when you're the type who enjoys building your own media library. Fortunately, developer StudioPSK was able to create an application which acts as an extension to your iPhone's Safari browser and allows you to download all the media files you want with ease.

Entitled "MyMedia", this homebrew application automatically caches any audio and video files you encounter for the first time on either Safari or YouTube. You then have the option to save these files to your mobile phone without the hassle of selecting them manually.

MyMedia was programmed by Percuss and was inspired by the homebrew app MXTube, which sports similar video downloading functions. The latest build of the app includes several new features which greatly improves the program's mileage. Here's the breakdown of all the new changes as of version 0.903:
  • Added language compatibility for French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Korean
  • Download cache list now easier to use. Added Info button, trashbin option, etc.
  • Added playlist option for audio and video files
