It's funny because that sites complete bull****. Just another extreme minimalist trying to spread his/her propaganda. I personally do not like iPod's but come on; When someone states that America's culture is on the verge of collapsing simply because of a tiny piece of electronic equipment there's got to be some form of extremism in there. THe writer is also very pompous to say that that music is not music. Who's to say what music is better? We all feel that the music we listen to is better than everyone elses. I use my Creative to listen to my music which do not include any of the billboard toppers. This whole "We're shutting ourselves out" business is getting really tiring. Don't we all shut ourselves out in some way or another? If you use a car, "Oh no you're shutting yourself out". These people don't seem to complain about that. I don't know. It's just that most of these peoples arguements seem like bull**** propaganda that won't work.

the video ipod is not a stupid trend. it isnt like they are adding video functionality for a fee, it now comes standard in the ipod. you cant fault a product for giveing you something for free. if you dont like the video part, dont use it. but dont complain about it. if a company wants to add more battery life, extra storage space, video playback, and make their product smaller all while keeping the old price tag then you should be all for it. are you retarded?
