Apple Computer lawyers today argued that Apple Corps, the music company now suing Apple for possible copyright infringement, had a chance to review the use of the infamous apple logo in question weeks before iTunes launched. According to the attorneys of the computer company, Apple Corps has no argument in claiming that it is unfairly using the logo to maximize its revenues and slowly eat away at the music company's own profits.

The lawyers on Apple Computers' side wrapped up their closing arguments today in the case, which is expected to close with a judge deciding whether or not to grant an injunction that would keep Apple Computers from using the logo for popular iTunes music store. The music company, owned mostly by members of the former band The Beatles, are betting to win the legal battle.
