After being announced late last month, Apple has finally released Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.2! The update has more than 100 bug fixes and over 300 new features. Apple has just released the iMac Graphics Firmware Update 1.0. This patch updates the graphics firmware on the ATI Radeon HD 2600 PRO cards and fixes the problems which causes iMacs to lock up/freeze. This update is only intended for 20 and 24-inch aluminum iMacs running Mac OS X 10.4.10 (Tiger) with software update 1.2.1 or the Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)with software update 1.3.

Apple has released a software update for the new iMacs that are freezing up. Specifically, the updates are meant for MacBook Pro and iMac models. Separate updates are available for the Leopard and Tiger versions of Mac OS X.

Software Update 1.3 is for Leopard and is recommended for 20-inch and 24-inch iMac models with 2.0, 2.4, or 2.8GHz processors. Software Update 1.2 is for Tiger is meant for 2.2/2.4GHz MacBook Pro Models. Both of them can be downloaded from Apple's website as linked below.

So you loved the first Guitar Hero games - and it's a bet we're willing to take that you're gonna love Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock - and you grew attached to the soundtrack (from playing the level so many times) that you just have to have it. Well here's your chance to download the complete albums (plural, meaning from all the games) from the iTunes store.

iTunes is now offering features tracks from Guitar Hero, Guitar Hero II, Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the 80s and finally, Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock. Almost all the songs will be available, and a new version of Anarchy in the UK performed by the Sex pistols will also be downloadable as a separate track.

The series will also feature custom-created playlists featuring tracks chosen by artist and by genre, including a guitar-themed playlist. The tracks are available through the iTunes Store, following the read link below. Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock (PS3, Xbox 360, Wii) itself will be available on November 23 but you don't have to wait to listen to the soundtrack.
