Will Apple build a fortress around itself?Information is valuable when it comes to giant companies. Where's the element of surprise when all of your secrets get leaked into the public before you can say, "Weasel"?

Apple is trying to crack down on its internal holes. They've been planting fake product names into individual work groups then they sit back to watch what happens. It's a good way to narrow down the source of the media leaks. But will it work?

Reportedly, Apple is also monitoring its employee's interweb activities. It's a good idea, considering that the web is basically a pool of information - and rumors. Employees catch wind of rumors in the internet and they have the resources to confirm it. Looks like Apple's locking itself down like North Korea.

It's a good plan, but some say that Apple's going to have a heck of a time keeping it up. They're beefing up on partnerships and therefore there would be more employees to track and more leaks to prevent.
