Apple iPhone's battery life was in a bit of spotlight before the phone's release when it was revealed that its battery life was being extended to eight hours of talk time. Now that the iPhone is in the hands of consumers, though, reports of problems with the iPhone's charging system have come out. Apparently, some users have complained that the iPhone's battery indicator did not indicate a fully charged battery even when the phone has been left charging for an ample amount of time. According to WirelessInfo, an Apple representative has said that this problem is a bug in the iPhone's user interface. The battery itself is fully charged, but the user interface just isn't reflecting it. The problem is expected to be fixed in a future software update. A release date for the fix has not yet been announced, so keep checking back here on the QJ.NET's Apple blog for more updates. |
