Photoshop goes online - Image 1Macworld is reporting that Adobe will be moving its Photoshop image manipulation software online. Adobe has confirmed that they'll be bringing an online version of Photoshop, known as Photoshop Express, to the internet-loving masses by the end of year, and will develop an full version of Photoshop Express in 2008.

Unlike Adobe Photoshop CS3, Photoshop Express will be a more basic form of image manipulation software, allowing people of all OS types to try their hand at simple image editing. These features include red-eye removal, cropping, color adjustment, and image retouching.

The online software will be licensed by online image upload portals, such as Shutterfly and Photobucket, presumably to add a new service to their already impressive lineup. In any case, an online image manipulation solution seems like a great addition to the currently existing web tools we have today, especially if you're using public computers for work.
