In its continuing copyright infringement saga with the Apple music company, Apple Computers is claiming that its sale of music online through iTunes is covered by a previous pact between the two companies. According to Apple Computers, a previous lawsuit by the music company resulted in a cash settlement worth millions, with both companies agreeing to allow each other do its own thing.

The fight this time around revolves around the music company claiming that Apple is misleading customers by confusing them with the Apple Computer logo, which share some similarities. Apple Computers is saying that enough is enough and the previous agreement gives them the right to use their logo with iTunes.

It was the second day of the trial, which is expected to continue next week.
