Apple have announced some Remote Desktop 3 information today. This is now a universal application which comes with 50 new features which make it easier to manage macs. New features will include spotlight searches on multiple Tiger systems, automator tasks for administrators, AutoInstall, System status indicators, Power Copy, Remote Drag and drop and more.

Philip Schiller, Apple's senior vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing announced "With Apple Remote Desktop 3, we've delivered powerful innovations that make it even easier and more affordable to manage Macs,"

The new version of Apple Remote Desktop is available now for $299 for 10 systems use and $499 for unlimited systems use.
