Here's a nifty new app in development for all those Mac lovers over at QJ. It's called AppFresh, and it helps you keep your applications up-to-date by checking the internet for new releases and downloading the updates for you.

Currently, however, it's still only in development, with a preview application up for download. According to the site, "AppFresh is still very much work in progress, and this is only a preview for now. For safety reasons, it won't overwrite your applications but extract downloaded updates to your desktop."

As always, make sure you check his readme after installing this app, so you don't inadvertently wreck something while working.
